What will you do
Receive, log, and track application incidents and service requests using ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira)
Communicate with business users in English (and German, if applicable) to understand and resolve issues effectively
Support technical teams in coordinating issue resolution and monitoring service-level targets (SLAs)
Document incident details and escalate recurring issues following ITIL best practices
Participate in continuous learning -- including structured training on SAP modules and other enterprise systems
Contribute to an international support team focused on technical excellence and customer satisfaction
