Within this organization, In-Market Contract Services-- part of the Contract Excellence function in Global Procurement Services -- are responsible for driving best-in-class contracting support for the business, ensuring compliant, efficient, and consistent contract delivery across markets and functions jointly with Global Contract Services. Reporting to the In-Market Contract Services Team Lead CSE, Africa, Turkey & Levant, the In- Market Contract Specialist plays a critical role in providing contracting guidance and advice and executing all relevant tasks to support contract elaboration and signature needs in the relevant scope of activity, ensuring adherence to the Contracting Core Model, to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality contracting outcomes. In the performance of their tasks, the In- Market Contract Specialist collaborates with a number of internal stakeholders, including Business and Legal and interacts with third-parties to the contracts.
