We are now looking for a SHEQ and BCM Lead who is responsible for the safety, health, environmental/energy and quality requirements of the organization's operations also for business continuity, identifies potential threats, assess their impact, and develop strategies to ensure the continued operation of critical business functions in the event of a disruption or crisis.
What will be your job description?
Coordinate the SHEQ & BCM Team-people management on country level
Managing and continuously improving SHEQ management system to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices (update of procedures, instructions, risk management and other related documents)
Presenting proactivity and hand on approach in ensuring safety and quality with best in class standards and corporate objectives and policies
Conduct internal audits and inspections, cooperate during the external audits, lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures, identifying hazards and support operational teams with actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety, health, environmental, and quality performance, be a key contact for customers, especially in Pharma business in order to meet their requirements, ensuring best preparation for audits
