Részletek...Andersen is seeking a Business Analyst for a project enhancing a digital healthcare platform and improving clinical workflows through system integrations and process optimization. The customer is a technology company that develops digital solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency, workforce readiness, and knowledge sharing within organizations. Its products combine learning, process support, and workflow optimization capabilities, helping teams access critical information, follow standardized procedures, and perform their daily tasks more effectively. The project is focused on enhancing a digital healthcare platform for operating room and sterile processing teams. It includes integrating hospital scheduling systems via HL7, improving clinical workflows, and delivering real-time operating room information to support greater efficiency, preparedness, and patient care. Responsibilities: Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders. Translating business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Collaborating closely with product owners, developers, QA, and healthcare domain experts. Conducting gap analysis between current and desired business processes. Supporting the design of workflows and process diagrams (BPMN, flowcharts). Validating requirements with stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle. Participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. Assisting in UAT planning and execution. Maintaining requirement traceability and documentation throughout the project. Must-haves: Experience as a Business Analyst for 5+ years, with at least 2 years in the healthcare/medical/life sciences domain. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows: patient management, EHR/EMR systems, claims processing, clinical trials, or insurance processes (depending on project focus).
