We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Lean Specialist who can effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive tangible results. This role requires excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with strong attention to detail, enabling the successful identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities across the organization.
As a Lean Specialist, you will lead the deployment of the Continuous Improvement (CI) vision and strategy across EMEA. This includes Lean and Six Sigma process deployment, training, and mentoring. The role is a key member of the Business Services, Electrical EMEA Commercial Operations team, ensuring a strong culture of Continuous Improvement and Lean is embedded and leveraged to drive change.
You will support the creation and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategies that improve factory margins, product delivery performance, employee safety, and reduce product and process variation. In addition, you will lead cross-functional projects, including those not strictly related to Lean or Six Sigma.
